Your quest begins in the capital city of Treleon. You
will first talk to the King in the King's Court where you will assemble a party
of adventurers. As you make your way about the town of Treleon, you will find a
shoppe where you can purchase supplies, and temple where your weary travelers
can return for healing, and various empty buildings.
As you travel through the lands, you will find other
towns, some more friendly than others, and you may find a shoppe or two, and
perhaps a temple in these towns as well.

You begin your adventure in the capital of
Treleon, in the King's Court. At the king's court, you can assemble your party,
get updated mission objectives, and when your characters have earned experience
through battle, they may be awarded promotions. |

|
- Talk - This option lets you talk to the
king to read about your current assignment. By following leads given to you at
the King's court, you will be able to find information necessary to completing
your mission. After finishing each objective, return to learn about the next
segment of your quest.
- Promote - Whenever you defeat opponents
in combat, you gain experience. This experience will help your party by
advancing their attributes as they go up levels. When you feel your combat
experience qualifies you for a promotion, return to the king's court to ask for
promotion.
- Add Player - In the beginning of the
game, you will need to assemble a party at the King's court. You can choose up
to 5 out of seven of the greatest heroes of the land to join you on your quest.
Examine each character's statistics carefully before choosing them to help you
build a balanced party.

Temples are scattered throughout the kingdom, and
they are open all day and all night to offer assistance to weary adventurers.
Not only can priests re-charge your spell points, but they can also provide any
type of healing your injured party members require. They can even resurrect a
dead comrade. However, you will find that the use of their magical reserves has
its price, and donations are collected up front. |

The Treleon shoppe is open from dawn till dusk. It
contains many useful items that will help you on your quest. The shoppe updates
its inventory from time to time, so check back often to find out if new items
are in stock. You can also sell items that you find in the dungeons, but do not
need. Items which appear in lighter text cannot be equipped by
whichever character you chose to enter the shoppe; however some other character
in your party may be able to use those items. Also, the buyer should note that
magical items only store up a limited amount of magical energy; so note the
number of charges indicated, and use these items with care. |

The many other buildings in the towns may be empty
or occupied by some creature. If you find an empty building you may sleep in it
through the night. You will wake feeling refreshed. |
